George Washington

- Was a wealthy land owner who fought in French-Indian war.

BENEDICT Arnold
- Born January 14th, 1741.
- Died in 1801.
- Was a commander for continental army during war.
- Helped with stopping British invasion of New York and victory at Saratoga.
- Felt like he was not being recognized.
- Became a traitor and helped British by getting a fort to surrender.
- Plot was found out but Benedict was able to escape to British lines.
- Eventually was found and hanged as a traitor.
